Yonatan Sela

Yonatan Sela is a Partner at Square Peg Capital based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he leads early-stage investments across the region. At the venture capital firm, which manages $4.3 billion in assets, he targets seed and Series A rounds within the SaaS, artificial intelligence, and fintech sectors. Before transitioning to venture capital, Sela served as Chief Business Officer at YouNow, a mobile live-streaming platform that accumulated over 50 million downloads. He also co-founded the cryptocurrency protocol Props PBC, scaling it to 12 million users, and was a founding team member at Tvinci prior to its acquisition by Kaltura. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and an investor at Venrock. Sela currently focuses on leveraging his extensive operational experience to support Israeli technology startups navigating the global market.
