Yoko Li

Yoko Li is a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where she focuses on investments in developer tools, software infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and creative platforms. Before joining the venture capital firm, she served as a product lead at HashiCorp, directing the development of the Terraform Cloud platform. Earlier in her career, Li worked as a software engineer at AppDynamics and was a founding engineer and product manager at Transposit. In her current investment capacity, she holds board director seats at Resend and Relace, while serving as a board observer for four additional startups including Mintlify and Clerk. Beyond her corporate roles, she is an active open-source maintainer who has developed projects such as AI-town and local-ai-stack. Li leverages her technical background as an engineer to identify and support early-stage infrastructure and artificial intelligence companies.
