Yoav Leitersdorf

Yoav Leitersdorf is the Managing Partner at Grove Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Before transitioning to venture capital, he operated as a serial entrepreneur and scaled multiple technology startups, notably co-founding ExitBee before its acquisition by SimilarWeb. At Grove Ventures, he oversees a portfolio of more than 40 companies and recently helped raise $160 million for the firm's second fund in 2024. His investment track record includes backing unicorns such as Rapyd and Avalor, joining the board of Next Insurance in 2023, and funding AI startup Fluidity in early 2025. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School and completed an international business program at IMD Business School. Leitersdorf currently focuses on funding and advising early-stage founders across the enterprise software, cybersecurity, and fintech sectors.
