Yoav Ben-Shushan

Yoav Ben-Shushan is the Executive Director of Israel Bonds, operating out of Mill Valley, California. Throughout a 24-year professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has built a diverse background spanning commercial real estate and venture capital, where he previously assisted early-stage Israeli technology startups with establishing their initial operations in Silicon Valley. Following the events of October 2023, the Israel Defense Forces veteran temporarily relocated to volunteer with Brothers and Sisters for Israel, managing the coordination of extensive humanitarian relief efforts. In his current executive capacity, he structures strategic capital partnerships with regional organizations including Hebrew Free Loan and directs Business Circle networking initiatives for local professionals. Ben-Shushan currently focuses on directing philanthropic capital and engaging millennial and Generation Z investors to financially support the broader Israeli technology and innovation ecosystem.
