Yiqun Bai

Yiqun Bai is a Principal at Flagship Pioneering based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, specializing in bioplatform company creation and investment evaluation. She concurrently serves as the Strategy and Operations Alliance Lead for the Flagship and Pfizer partnership, directing cross-functional teams across research, business development, and finance. Within the firm, Bai has co-founded two platform startups and successfully guided one from its initial concept through a Series A funding round. Previously, she spent four years at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants managing commercial due diligence and strategic marketing projects across the medical device and chemical sectors. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemical-biological engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
