Yasmine Morrison

Yasmine Morrison is a Principal at Florida Funders, a hybrid venture capital fund and angel network based in Miami, Florida. Before transitioning to venture capital, she worked internationally as a corporate consultant for Amazon and Toyota, and founded Svenska Nomader, Scandinavia’s largest freelance network focused on the future of work. Morrison earned a Master's in Management from Harvard University while concurrently serving as an Analyst at the early-stage venture capital firm Antler in New York City. She joined Florida Funders as a Deal Associate in late 2020, a year the firm completed 24 new investments and achieved two exits, earning recognition as the most active venture investor in the Southeast. Today, her primary investment focus centers on funding seed and Series A startups operating within the B2B SaaS enterprise, fintech, edtech, and digital health sectors.
