Yasmine Lacaillade

Yasmine Lacaillade is the Founder of Sinefine, an industry-agnostic fund of funds focused on backing women-owned venture capital firms. Before launching Sinefine and its inaugural investment vehicle in the third quarter of 2022, she spent eight years at Drive Capital in Columbus, Ohio, where she served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer. During her tenure at the organization, Lacaillade spearheaded the creation of an emerging manager seed program and helped grow a single early-stage venture fund into a $2.3 billion private equity platform. Her current investment strategy targets capital allocation opportunities outside traditional Silicon Valley patterns, deploying funds across pre-seed, seed, early-stage, and growth equity stages. Ultimately, Lacaillade focuses her primary professional efforts on establishing female-led venture capital firms as an outperforming asset class by building emerging manager networks alongside institutional collaborators like PSERS.
