YASH KOTHARI

Yash Kothari is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kindred Minds and a Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, currently based in New York, New York. He established the startup Kindred Minds in 2020 to provide artificial intelligence-driven leadership coaching and to facilitate mindfulness-based personal development workshops for professionals. In his concurrent investing role at Pioneer Fund, Kothari leverages his prior operational experience as a Y Combinator alumnus to source, evaluate, and support early-stage venture capital investments across various technology sectors. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, and Operations from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
