Yaron Kniajer

Yaron Kniajer is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Surround Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. He established the investment firm alongside Jared Kash to back Israeli technology startups, raising an initial fund of $18 million to $35 million to deploy average check sizes of $500,000 per portfolio company. The firm targets strategic investments across the media, entertainment, sports, e-commerce, and deep technology sectors, building a growing portfolio that includes emerging companies such as IMGN Media, Xtend, Solvo, and Bites. Prior to launching Surround Ventures, Kniajer served as a Managing Director at Rhodium, where he developed his expertise in venture capital investments and collaborated with prominent industry figures like Randi Zuckerberg. Drawing on his foundational career in traditional investment banking, Kniajer currently focuses on scaling Israeli technological innovation for broader global commercial markets.
