Yann Fiebig is a Partner at High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) based in Bonn, Germany. A Diplom-Ingenieur by training, he originally joined the venture capital firm as an investment manager in 2016 before being elevated to his current partnership position in July 2024. During his tenure, Fiebig has actively shaped the firm's Industrial Tech allocation strategy and the HTGF IV fund model, directing its initial capital deployments into the emerging New Space and Quantum Technology sectors. He has managed five portfolio company exits to date, highlighted by the 2021 sale of Envelio to E.ON, the 2022 acquisition of Fazua by Porsche, and the 2023 exit of Wiferion to a United States-based original equipment manufacturer. Fiebig currently focuses his investments on scaling early-stage Deep Tech and Climate Tech startups by implementing product management frameworks and guiding board-level corporate strategy.
