Yair Shafir

Yair Shafir is the Managing Partner at Shafir Capital and serves as a technology investor based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Previously, he held the title of Vice President of Product at Microsoft, where he directed a global engineering division of 150 employees and managed a software portfolio generating $200 million in annual recurring revenue. Before his executive tenure at Microsoft, Shafir spent more than four years as a Senior Software Engineer at Google, contributing to core search algorithms and enterprise cloud infrastructure. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. Shafir currently focuses on providing early-stage venture capital and strategic guidance to enterprise software and artificial intelligence startups across the broader Middle East and North America.
