Yair Schindel

Yair Schindel is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of aMoon Fund, where he oversees venture investments in healthcare and digital health technology. Before establishing the investment firm in 2017, he served as the Founding CEO of Digital Israel within the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office and as the CEO of the nonprofit Startup Nation Central. He also operated as the Founding CEO of the MAOZ NGO from 2011 to 2013, maintaining a board seat until 2016, and currently serves as the Chairman of the 8400 Health Network. As an investor and executive, Schindel has been associated with numerous healthcare startups, including OmniGuide, MDClone, Medisafe, CartiHeal, and the publicly traded Adicet Bio. Holding both an MD and an MBA, his professional background centers on bridging clinical medicine, public sector leadership, and venture capital to advance healthtech innovation.
