Yair Reem

Yair Reem is a Partner at Extantia Capital based in Berlin, Germany, where he focuses on early-stage climate technology investments. He manages capital from the firm's flagship fund, which closed at €204 million in 2024 to back European startups from the seed to Series A stages. Reem has directed capital into both software and hardware solutions, executing nine early-stage investments that include deep geothermal technology developer GA Drilling. Beyond direct investing, he helped launch Super Climate, an initiative that hosted global events in New York and Dubai during the 2023 COP summit before spinning out as a standalone company.
