Yagnesh Sanghrajka

Yagnesh Sanghrajka is the Founder and Chief Financial Officer at 100X.VC, based in India. In this dual capacity, he serves as a core member of the firm's Investment Committee and actively leads its Corporate Venture Capital practice to support early-stage portfolio companies. Prior to establishing 100X.VC, Sanghrajka served as the India Operating Partner for the prominent United States-based global private equity and venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners. A Chartered Accountant by training, he previously held Chief Financial Officer and key management positions across multiple large and mid-sized organizations, including Hinduja Global Solutions, Phoenix Mills Group's Entertainment World Developers, MT Educare, and Essel Group. His current focus centers on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations, leveraging his extensive expertise in due diligence and financial valuation from both the acquirer and target company perspectives.
