Xavier de Gracia

Xavier de Gracia is the Co-founder of Prosper, a Y Combinator-backed artificial intelligence startup developing voice agents for healthcare operations. The company recently secured a $5 million Seed round led by Emergence, with participation from CRV and Company Ventures, to scale its platform that currently processes thousands of daily calls for medical providers. Prior to Prosper, he served as Vice President and General Manager of a $120 million business unit, where he oversaw a workforce of over 800 customer service agents and 300 sales representatives. He previously co-founded Arcvi, an AI consulting firm focused on the insurance and banking sectors, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School alongside a BBA from ESADE. His current focus centers on deploying automated administrative workflows to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency within highly regulated industries.
