Xavier Ballester

Xavier Ballester is the Director of Brokerage at Angel Investment Network, an early-stage private capital firm based in London, United Kingdom. Since joining the organization in 2005 and taking over the broking team in 2014, he has helped raise over £150 million in equity funding for more than 500 startup companies. Ballester also serves on the Investment Committee at SeedTribe and is a co-founder of the property investment platform BrickTribe. Before establishing his two-decade career in the startup ecosystem, he worked as the UK Sales Director at Sherry Quality Ltd and as a Procurement Manager at Briess Produce Ltd. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a BA from the University of Oxford. His current professional focus centers on facilitating seed-stage fundraising transactions and connecting entrepreneurs with a global network of over 175,000 registered angel investors.
