Xander Pollock

Xander Pollock is an independent Design Sprint Consultant and Teacher who facilitates collaborative design solutions for corporate teams. Prior to his current consulting practice, he founded a software company focused on small business owners that was acquired by Google in 2011. Following the acquisition, Pollock spent four years at Google working in user experience and user interface design for the Google Maps and Gmail product teams. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art and Design with a concentration in Graphic Design from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Operating as a freelance facilitator, he leverages his product design expertise to secure enterprise engagements, including landing a consulting contract valued at over $40,000. Pollock currently focuses on utilizing design thinking methodologies and structured design sprints to help various organizations solve complex business challenges.
