Wyatt Powers is an Associate at Next Level Ventures and Curql Fund I, based in Des Moines, Iowa. In his current capacity, he specializes in venture capital investments for technology startups, focusing on seed funding, growth financing, and strategic capital deployment. Since joining Next Level Ventures in 2020, he has been responsible for conducting financial due diligence and evaluating the investment potential of prospective partner companies across the region. Prior to transitioning into the venture capital sector, he worked as a licensed Certified Public Accountant and staff accountant at Henkel & Associates PC, providing financial services to diverse business entities. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Iowa State University. Powers leverages his formal accounting background to assess financial viability and support strategic growth initiatives for emerging technology enterprises.
