Wolfram Drescher is a Venture Partner at Target Partners and Spacewalk VC, as well as a Senior Director of Business Development at Xilinx, based in Munich, Germany. With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he previously co-founded and led multiple deep-tech startups that resulted in corporate acquisitions. His entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Systemonic, which was acquired by Philips, and Blue Wonder Communications, which was purchased by Infineon and later Intel. He also served as the CEO of Silectra before its 2018 acquisition by Infineon, and he holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from Technische Universität Dresden. In addition to founding Lilectra Corp in 2023, he acts as a seed investor for early-stage hardware companies. Drescher currently focuses on supporting emerging deep-tech startups specializing in semiconductors, artificial intelligence chips, and advanced power electronics.
