Wojtek Walniczek

Wojtek Walniczek is a Partner at OTB Ventures based in Warsaw, Poland. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2021, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Punkta and held the position of Investment Director at MCI Capital. His earlier professional career includes corporate finance and strategy roles at McKinsey & Company, KPMG Transaction Services, and Credit Suisse. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2014 and holds a graduate degree from ESCP Business School. As an active venture capitalist, he has directed capital into early-stage technology startups, including a 2025 Seed round for Ingenix.ai, a 2025 Series B investment in MatrixSpace, and a 2024 round for ATMOS Space Cargo. Walniczek currently focuses on European deep-tech investments across the space technology, artificial intelligence automation, financial technology infrastructure, and cybersecurity sectors.
