Wojciech Erdmann

Wojciech Erdmann is a Venture Partner at ff Venture Capital and the Co-Founder and Owner of BeatStudio.tv, currently based in Warsaw, Poland. He brings over 15 years of professional experience in management consulting, having operated an independent IT services firm since 2012 and previously served as a Chief Strategy Officer between 2019 and 2020. Throughout his career, Erdmann has directed digital transformation and product management initiatives across diverse corporate sectors, including banking, real estate, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and fast-moving consumer goods. In addition to his investment and operational leadership roles, he actively participates in the regional European startup ecosystem, recently serving as a speaker and jury member at the IDEAHACK 2024 event. His current focus centers on bridging venture capital with technical execution, advising early-stage companies on business strategy, product development, and IT infrastructure scaling.
