Wilson Spearman

Wilson Spearman is the co-founder and CEO of CreativeMode, an AI-powered gaming infrastructure startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024 and backed by Y Combinator, his five-person company developed a no-code platform that has enabled over 250,000 players to build modifications for Minecraft. During its first three months of operation, the platform was utilized to generate a double-digit percentage of all newly released mods for the game. Prior to launching CreativeMode, Spearman worked as a software engineer at Crusoe, where he focused on building climate-aligned cloud infrastructure and large-scale compute clusters. He previously served as a product engineer at Settle developing accounts payable automation workflows for consumer brands, following his computer science studies at MIT. Spearman currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to build accessible development tools for the creator economy.
