William Quartner

William Quartner is a Partner at Prelude Growth Partners, a growth equity firm based in New York, United States, specializing in high-growth consumer brands. Before joining his current firm, he executed private equity investments in the consumer and retail sectors at the Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Area and TowerBrook Capital Partners, and worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at J.P. Morgan. Quartner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. In his current capacity, he partners with emerging companies to drive expansion through capital and strategic support, with a main emphasis on the food and beverage industry. Leveraging his extensive experience across both startups and large global consumer firms, he actively supports several Prelude Growth portfolio companies, including Banza, MadeGood, Bachan’s, and Blueland.
