William Namgyal

William Namgyal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Luel, an artificial intelligence and infrastructure startup currently based in Fremont, California. He established the technology company approximately eight months ago to develop enterprise software solutions spanning machine learning as a service, DevOps frameworks, and network security. Under his executive leadership, Luel secured early-stage institutional backing from the Silicon Valley startup accelerator Y Combinator and was selected to participate in its W26 batch. Prior to launching his current entrepreneurial venture, Namgyal earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley. During his undergraduate studies, he also completed the specialized Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology program at the university's Haas School of Business. His professional focus centers on building scalable enterprise infrastructure that integrates artificial intelligence with rigorous cybersecurity compliance and data security protocols.
