William McQuillan

William McQuillan is a Founding Partner at Frontline Ventures based in London, United Kingdom. Alongside co-founders Will Prendergast and Shay Garvey, he manages a venture capital firm with €170 million under management and a portfolio of over 70 early-stage investments across Europe and the United States. Before establishing Frontline Ventures as the youngest partner of a European venture capital fund, McQuillan was a founding employee at the investment banking boutique Ondra Partners, helping scale the firm from four to more than 70 employees within 18 months. His operational background includes co-founding the fashion e-commerce platform Osmoda and serving as a Global Ambassador for the Sandbox Network. Having backed more than 25 European tech companies resulting in six successful exits, McQuillan currently focuses on early-stage B2B technology, healthcare accessibility, and founder diversity initiatives.
