William Greene

William Greene is the Chief Investment Officer at the Hevolution Foundation, where he oversees investment strategy and execution for healthspan science research. Prior to his December 2022 appointment, he spent 12 years as a Managing Director at MPM Capital, directing investments across the biotechnology and medical technology sectors. Greene also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Iconic Therapeutics starting in April 2014, guiding the company through clinical development and venture financing to a successful sale, and later led longevity biotech firm Fountain Therapeutics. Additionally, he co-founded digital therapeutics company Pear Therapeutics and served as the Founding Chairman of the Global Health Investment Fund in collaboration with the Gates Foundation.
