Will Young

Will Young is a Partner at VTF Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California, where he manages investments from a $50 million seed fund focused on commerce, logistics, and retail technology. He previously served as the Director of Zappos Labs, the experimental research and development division of Zappos, leading digital innovation initiatives following the company's $1.2 billion acquisition by Amazon. At VTF Capital, originally founded as VegasTechFund by the late Tony Hsieh, Young has supported a diverse portfolio of more than 100 early-stage technology startups across the U.S. Before transitioning into venture capital, he spent five years developing new consumer experiences and strategic partnerships within the broader e-commerce sector.
