Will Weber

Will Weber is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Humoniq, an AI-native business process outsourcing startup, and is based in Ladera Ranch, California. He established the company in 2025 alongside Todd Sullivan to develop artificial intelligence agents that replace offshore human contact centers for the travel sector. Humoniq operates with a team of two to six employees and is participating in the Y Combinator Summer 2025 cohort. Previously, Weber spent over eight years leading product and growth at Flightfox, scaling operations to generate $20 million to $22 million in annual revenue while supporting more than 100,000 travelers. Before entering the technology sector, he competed as a professional soccer player for Örebro Syrianska IF in Sweden. His career centers on leveraging artificial intelligence and product development to optimize customer support infrastructure within the global travel industry.
