Will Tetler

Will Tetler is a Partner at BayPine, a private equity firm where he focuses on flexible capital solutions and growth investments. He brings approximately 15 years of experience in investments and transaction structuring to his current position. Previously, Tetler worked at Bain Capital, leading the North America technology, media, and telecom vertical within the firm's Special Situations platform. He began his career as an Associate Consultant supporting private equity diligence at Bain & Company and currently serves on the boards of Harbor and Ellis Early Learning. Tetler holds a BS and MEng in electrical engineering and computer science, alongside a BS in management science from MIT, plus an MBA from Harvard Business School. His professional background centers on structuring complex financial transactions and executing private equity investments across the technology and business services sectors.
