Will Sheldon

Will Sheldon is a Partner at Expedition Growth Capital based near London, United Kingdom. Before joining the firm in March 2023, he spent over 14 years in software investing, holding roles as a Principal at Accel and an investor at Summit Partners. He holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford. Throughout his career, Sheldon has backed numerous European and Israeli technology companies, including Darktrace, which completed an initial public offering, and Databand, which was acquired by IBM. In his current capacity, he helps deploy capital from Expedition's $375 million third fund and serves on the boards of epilot, Factbird, Rentman, and ThreatSpike. His investment focus centers on providing €10 million to €30 million in growth equity to capital-efficient, bootstrapped software businesses operating across the cybersecurity, supply chain, and financial sectors.
