Will Collier

Will Collier is the Cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of Decent, a blockchain technology startup based in New York, New York. Founded in November 2021, the Circle Ventures portfolio company develops no-code protocols and cross-chain liquidity solutions for token-based projects and digital artists. Prior to launching Decent, Collier worked at Accenture as a Senior Consulting Analyst and Chief of Staff, advising enterprise clients across the media, entertainment, and software platform sectors. He previously co-founded The Farmlink Project, a national nonprofit food rescue organization that received the Congressional Medal of Honor Service Award in 2021. Collier graduated from Brown University in 2020 with dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Architecture. His professional background bridges enterprise management consulting and nonprofit leadership with a current focus on building accessible web3 infrastructure for the broader creator economy.
