Will Cardwell

Will Cardwell is the Managing Partner at Courage Ventures, an early-stage venture capital and strategic fundraising consulting firm based in Finland. Over a 25-year career in the venture capital industry, he has directly led or supported fundraising efforts for 34 seed and growth-stage companies that have collectively secured over 187 million euros. Cardwell also serves as an equity partner across four distinct venture capital management firms that oversee a combined 239 million euros in total assets. In addition to his primary investment activities, he is an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and has served as a judge for the Venture Capital Investment Competition. His current professional focus remains heavily centered on seed-stage investing, university technology transfer, and advising emerging enterprises on complex strategic fundraising initiatives.
