Will Bumpus

Will Bumpus is a Partner at Concrete Rose Capital based in Los Angeles, California. In this capacity, he leads seed-stage investments ranging from $1 million to $2 million, building upon the firm's $25 million inaugural fund that backed Esusu, which later reached unicorn status. Before transitioning to venture capital, he served as a Business Lead and interim Chief of Staff at Headspace, managing strategic initiatives for the consumer health platform. His earlier corporate experience includes business operations at Activision and financial analysis at an investment bank, alongside earning degrees from Duke University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Additionally, he established the nonprofit organization reWerk in 2020 to address the digital divide across communities of color. Bumpus currently focuses his venture practice on mission-driven early-stage investments supporting underrepresented founders and technology companies serving diverse communities.
