Wilken Engelbracht

Wilken Engelbracht is a General Partner at Cusp Capital Partners, operating within the early-stage technology venture capital sector in Germany. Prior to his current role, he built a diverse executive background spanning venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, media, and professional sports. His corporate career includes significant tenure in the media industry with Bertelsmann, as well as serving as the Commercial Director and Chief Financial Officer for the professional football club VfL Bochum. Transitioning into the European investment landscape, Engelbracht previously held a leadership position at eCAPITAL Entrepreneurial Partners before helping establish Cusp Capital. Throughout his various executive mandates, he has developed specialized expertise in sales, marketing, and corporate strategy across both consumer and enterprise markets. Engelbracht currently focuses on identifying and scaling emerging technology companies while leveraging his cross-industry operational experience to support portfolio founders.
