Weston Moyer

Weston Moyer is the Co-Founder of Stackforce, a talent and venture efficiency platform, and operates as an active venture capital investor. Prior to establishing his current company, he founded MVP Ventures to systematically improve traditional venture capital processes for emerging founders. Moyer also previously served as an investor at Spike Ventures, where he developed his expertise in capital allocation and community growth. Throughout his career in the private markets, he has demonstrated a strong track record by successfully investing in 12 unicorn companies in a period of under five years. In addition to his direct investment activities, he has led significant expansion initiatives across venture capital communities to connect talent with capital. Moyer currently focuses on building scalable infrastructure for the venture ecosystem while continuing to optimize early-stage technology investing and community-driven network effects.
