Wenxiang Ma

Wenxiang Ma is a Venture Partner at Foothill Ventures, formerly known as Tsingyuan Ventures, where he focuses on early-stage technology investments. In this current role, he targets pre-seed to Series B funding rounds across the enterprise software, DevOps, and compliance sectors. Before transitioning to venture capital, Ma served as Senior Vice President of Product at PTC and held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Arena Solutions. His earlier professional career includes technical and leadership roles at Oracle and Agile Software, building his foundational domain expertise in complex enterprise applications. Originally from the northern Jiangsu province in China, he holds a Master of Science degree from Yale University and completed his undergraduate studies at Tsinghua University. Ma currently leverages his extensive corporate executive background to support emerging enterprise software startups through their initial growth phases.
