Wendy Xiao

Wendy Xiao is a Partner at the multistage venture capital firm Northzone in New York, where she leads early stage investments across the healthcare, consumer, and developer tools sectors. She has directed capital into more than 19 companies, notably backing the mental health platform Spring Health, which recently reached a $3.3 billion valuation following its Series E funding round. Her venture portfolio also features early Web 3 infrastructure startups like Magic Labs, which supports over 20 million users, alongside blockchain networks Livepeer and OpenZeppelin.
