Wendy Phillips

Wendy Phillips is a Venture Partner at Ridge Ventures, where she focuses on supporting early-stage enterprise software entrepreneurs. Previously, she served as a Partner at Advent International, leading the private equity firm's early-stage software investments and managing its portfolio companies. Phillips also co-founded Gather Digital, a mobile event application company, where she directed sales and marketing operations from its inception until the business was acquired in 2017. Following the company's 2017 acquisition, she continued to work in senior sales and business development roles to integrate the platform and drive further revenue expansion. She holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and earned her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Today, her professional focus combines her hands-on operational experience in building technology startups with her strategic investment expertise across the enterprise software sector.
