Wendy Leong

Wendy Leong is the Chief Financial Officer at Chrysalix Venture Capital, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She brings nearly 25 years of experience in private equity investment management, specializing in valuation, compliance, and finance strategy for venture capital investments. Working alongside founding partner Wal van Lierop and partner Alfred Lam, Leong oversees financial policy implementation for a firm that deploys $2 million to $15 million across resource-intensive industries in North America and Europe. Prior to joining Chrysalix, she spent a decade in the real estate investment advisory sector, where she monitored portfolio performance for more than 80 institutional clients. Recognized as a 2024 PEAK Award Honouree by Women in Finance, Leong currently focuses on assessing financial viability and driving strategic growth within the industrial innovation, energy technology, and property technology sectors.
