Weijie Wang

Weijie Wang is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Pap!, a Y Combinator-backed fintech startup focused on automated financial recovery. Prior to launching this venture, he spent six years developing scalable infrastructure and data-driven systems within the e-commerce sector. Wang previously served as the lead infrastructure engineer for the core recommendation system at Wish, a critical platform feature that directly fueled the company's initial public offering. He also held technical positions as a Senior Software Engineer at StackAdapt, further expanding his engineering expertise in high-volume transaction environments. Wang completed his higher education in computer science and engineering at the University of Waterloo and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His current professional focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence and complex process automation to help everyday consumers seamlessly recover unclaimed funds and earn money.
