Wana Schulze

Wana Schulze is the Co-Head of Corporate Venture Capital Investments at Telefónica's Wayra Brasil and Vivo Ventures subsidiaries, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Appointed to this leadership position alongside Ivan Yoon, she is directly responsible for deal sourcing, investment thesis formulation, and process development across the corporate venture capital portfolio. Prior to assuming her current position, Schulze spent nearly two years operating as an Investor at HiPartners Capital&Work, a venture capital firm specifically oriented toward retail technology investments, beginning in late 2021. Her earlier professional background includes extensive strategic advisory work as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company and foundational financial sector banking experience during her tenure at Unibanco. Today, her primary corporate venture capital focus centers on identifying and supporting emerging early-stage technology startups operating within the specialized healthtech, energytech, and deeptech sectors.
