Walter Sabini Junior

Walter Sabini Junior is the President of HiPartners Capital&Work, a venture capital and workspace solutions firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. He previously held leadership positions at the venture capital firm Bossa Invest and founded multiple technology accelerators after earning a Business Administration degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Through HiPartners, he has managed investments in more than 20 early-stage startups, recently launching a $10 million fund in March 2025 specifically targeting Latin American fintech companies. His firm also operates co-working facilities for emerging companies, opening a new hub in July 2024 while maintaining strategic ecosystem partnerships with major institutions like BTG Pactual and Cubo Itaú. A frequent speaker at industry events such as Web Summit Rio, Sabini Junior focuses on scaling seed and Series A software and financial technology ventures across the Latin American market.
