Walker Wells

Walker Wells is a Principal at Raimi + Associates, an urban planning and sustainability consultancy based in the Los Angeles area. He previously served as Executive Director at Global Green USA and worked as a Senior Urban Designer at Gruen Associates. During his career, Wells has overseen the certification of more than 2,000 units of green affordable housing and co-authored the 2007 book Blueprint for Greening Affordable Housing. His academic background includes a master's degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, alongside fellowships with the Fulbright Program and the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability. He also advised regional policy as a member of the State of California Green Building Code Advisory Committee from 2010 to 2014. Wells maintains a primary professional focus on sustainable urban development, green building policy, and affordable housing initiatives.
