Vraj Parikh

Vraj Parikh is the Team Lead for the HR Service Delivery Integrations Delivery team at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), based in Orange County, California. In this management capacity, he oversees the deployment and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions for the enterprise software provider's Document Manager and People Assist products. Parikh previously served as an Integration Engineer and Technical Consultant, where he developed custom electronic data interchange interfaces and complex data integration solutions. Utilizing SQL stored procedures and advanced database management techniques, he engineered specialized backend systems specifically tailored to support the infrastructure of UKG Pro customers. Holding a formal degree in computer science and engineering, he combines traditional software development methodologies with modern product design thinking. His current focus centers on bridging complex backend data integrations with intuitive user experience principles within the human resources technology sector.
