Vladi Keil

Vladimir "Vladi" Keil is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lio, an artificial intelligence procurement software company based in San Francisco, California. Launched in March 2023 and backed by Y Combinator as part of its S23 batch, the startup employs three people and develops multi-agent systems currently utilized by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises. Before establishing Lio, Keil spent nearly four years serving as the Technical Co-Founder at ProGlove Masterclass, where he specialized in industrial engineering, digital technologies, and enterprise procurement consulting. A serial entrepreneur who built his first profitable technology startup by age twenty-two, he also co-founded Gabriel in 2021, an artificial intelligence startup that notably partnered with the German FBI. Keil currently focuses on driving corporate strategy, scaling operations, and advancing product vision to automate complex business-to-business procurement workflows through advanced machine learning tools.
