Vlad Martynov

Vlad Martynov is the Managing General Partner at BR Capital, a regulated mutual fund specializing in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 investments. Prior to his current venture capital role, he held senior executive positions at enterprise software companies Microsoft and SAP before transitioning into the decentralized technology sector. Martynov established early ties to the cryptocurrency ecosystem by co-founding a startup with the parents of Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin. He subsequently served as a member of the Ethereum Foundation's Advisory Board from May 2016 to May 2019. He currently serves on the advisory board of Web3 email platform EtherMail alongside prominent industry figures such as venture capitalist Tim Draper and former SoftBank executives. Today, his primary investment strategy focuses on funding product-driven decentralized finance applications and advocating for regulatory clarity within the institutional digital asset market.
