Viviane Radiuk

Viviane Radiuk is an Investor at Invest Tech based in São Paulo, Brazil, where she evaluates new deals and monitors portfolio companies across Latin America. Since joining the venture capital firm in 2019, she has coordinated 16 investment rounds and three exits, including the sales of Skore to UolEdtech and Uello to Renner. She actively serves on the boards of Dattos and Configr, while holding advisory or observer roles at several other portfolio startups. Previously, Radiuk was a partner at a financial consulting firm, where she successfully advised on more than 20 projects that raised over $240 million in capital. She holds a business administration degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA from IESE Business School. Her current investment focus centers on seed and Series A stage B2B technology startups operating within the fintech, healthtech, and edtech sectors.
