VIVIANE MOREAU

Viviane Moreau, who also operates professionally under the name Viviane de Moreau d'Andoy, is an Angel Investor affiliated with Business Angels des Grandes Ecoles and a legal practitioner based in the Luxembourg financial sector. In 2019, she partnered with Ulrike Jacquin-Becker to co-found Marjac Avocats, an independent law firm dedicated to structuring investment funds and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Prior to establishing this entrepreneurial legal venture, Moreau accumulated over 25 years of specialized expertise across the European finance industry, beginning her professional career in the early 1990s. Her multidisciplinary background is further supported by an academic foundation from the prominent French engineering institution CentraleSupélec, where she completed her studies and graduated in 1994. Moreau currently focuses on delivering strategic regulatory counsel to institutional investment funds while simultaneously allocating capital to early-stage startups through her angel investing network.
