Viviana Faga

Viviana Faga is a General Partner at Felicis Ventures, where she focuses on investments in cloud, SaaS, and enterprise software companies. She brings over 20 years of executive experience in designing brand categories and scaling go-to-market teams for global technology firms. Previously, Faga served as an operating partner and advisor at Emergence Capital, and she held senior marketing leadership positions at Salesforce, Platfora, and Zenefits. She also led global marketing for Yammer following its $1.2 billion acquisition by Microsoft, overseeing enterprise social initiatives across Office 365, Skype, and Lync. Additionally, Faga holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Information Systems from Santa Clara University. Her current focus centers on leveraging her extensive operational background as an investor to guide early-stage enterprise startups through category creation, freemium product strategies, messaging positioning, and sales enablement.
