Vivian Tsai

Vivian Tsai is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group at Bain Capital in Hong Kong, where she serves as a key member of the firm's Special Situations team in Asia. Prior to joining the global investment firm in 2020, she managed non-performing loan investments specifically focused on the Chinese market at Hudson Advisors, an operating affiliate of Lone Star Funds. Prior to that role, she held various fund manager positions across several prominent Hong Kong-based financial institutions, including China Merchants Capital, Invesco Real Estate, and TAN-EU Capital. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from National Taiwan University and later earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
